TLT is a 2 year programme developing middle leaders aspiring to leadership.  It comprises:
  • Face to face days - developed in consultation with participants to best meet their needs
  • Reading and discussion of research and best practice in leadership
  • Visits to and from senior leaders in schools and LSE Officers
  • Leadership theory
  • Online discussion
  • 2 week internship
  • 360 degree evaluation and feedback
  • Presentations
  • Application processes to new positions
  • 1 year senior leadership placement
