- Aspiring assistant / deputy headteachers
- Substantive assistant / deputy headteachers
- Substantive assistant / deputy headteachers wishing to mentor
those new to these roles
- All assistant / deputy headteachers across the local authority
- Those wishing to take part in an 'internship' short or long term
placement in South Gloucestershire or other local authorities
- Induction to South Glos
